During our consultation process, we will delve into your background, experience, motivations, and career goals. We'll work closely with you to understand the type of environment, company growth plans, role and rewards that would be most motivating for you. From this we will carefully curate a shortlist of aligned businesses for you to choose from, and work to secure you introductions with key decision makers in those businesses.

Partnering with over 150 businesses, we maintain personal relationships with Founders, CEOs, and Directors, allowing us to gain valuable insights, recommendations, and referrals. Completing searches at this level means that the network we’ve carefully cultivated since 2016 is crucial to attracting top leadership talent.
In addition to this proactive approach, we are continuously expanding our network. Our team is connected to over 80,000 recruitment professionals, and each of our Consultants holds a LinkedIn Recruiter Licence, enabling them to engage directly with high-calibre talent. By leveraging our extensive industry connections, we can tap into leadership talent who may not be actively seeking new roles.
At the leadership level, referrals and recommendations are essential, and we offer a generous referral scheme that rewards successful introductions with £1,000. Our process
Screening Process
Our thorough screening process starts with a detailed LinkedIn review, followed by a 30-minute telephone interview. For leadership roles, we also seek references or recommendations from mutual connections within our extensive network, ensuring that candidates are highly regarded in the industry. Candidates who progress are invited to a face-to-face interview, either in person or virtually.
We ensure that every candidate introduced to clients has completed this rigorous process. Each shortlisted candidate is fully vetted and presented with a comprehensive profile, providing clients with a clear understanding of their suitability and industry reputation.
