Consultation

During our consultation process, we will delve into your background, experience, motivations, and career goals. We'll work closely with you to understand the type of environment, management style, training, and rewards that will help you thrive. From this we will carefully curate a shortlist of aligned businesses for you to choose from, and work to secure you introductions with key decision makers in those businesses.

Interview Support

There are typically 2-3 interview stages with our clients before an offer is made. We provide tailored preparation for each opportunity, ensuring you are fully equipped to present your best self in every interview. Our team will coach you throughout the entire interview process, offering personalised advice at each stage. Our aim is to secure introductions with up to four firms that are a great fit for you. Ultimately, we want to position you with multiple offers, giving you the confidence to choose the right opportunity for your career.

Onboarding and Ongoing Support

Our support doesn’t stop once you secure a role. We continue to be there for you throughout your career, acting as a trusted partner. For experienced recruiters, we make extensive use of LinkedIn, where our team is connected to over 80,000 professionals. Each of our Consultants holds a LinkedIn Recruiter Licence, with 75% of our placements made each year through proactive headhunting facilitated by LinkedIn.

Alongside traditional methods of engaging prospective candidates, we also use Hinterview (a video technology tool) and voice notes to make a memorable first impression, providing a personalised service for each candidate.

Additionally, we offer a generous referral scheme within our network, where referrers can earn between £300 and £1,000 for each successful recommendation. We’ve streamlined the process to make sure we are the go-to Rec2Rec agency for anyone looking to refer someone ready to make their next move in recruitment.

Screening Process

Our in-depth screening process begins with a detailed review of each candidate’s CV, followed by a 30-minute telephone interview. Candidates who progress are invited to attend a face-to-face interview, either in person or virtually via Hinterview. Every candidate we introduce to our clients completes this rigorous process. Each shortlisted candidate is thoroughly assessed and presented to our clients with a detailed write-up, offering a clear view of their suitability and potential.
