The Day to Day Responsibilities – Recruitment Consultant

Each day is varied and fast-paced, typical responsibilities include;

  • Winning new business

  • Headhunting on LinkedIn

  • Writing and posting enticing job adverts

  • Screening, shortlist, and preparing candidates for interviews

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process between the client and the candidate to ensure a successful placement for the two parties

Requirements – Recruitment Consultant

Successful applicants should possess most of the following (desirable; not essential):

  • Recently graduated from a top 100 university with a 2:1 or higher

  • Excelled at something previous; academics, sport, music, theatre, etc

  • Excellent and demonstratable work ethic i.e worked during school/university

  • Ambition and drive to succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
