What is the job of a Recruitment Consultant?

When you join you will partner with one of several highly experienced recruitment leaders in a 3 month rotational scheme giving you access to elite deskside training and development from a mix of skillsets.

Your first 6 months will Transform you from ‘Trainee Recruitment Consultant’ to ‘Recruiter’ and help you to become a self-sufficient market expert!

You will learn:

• Using a variety of methods to source talent (LI, Advertising, Events, Referrals etc)

• Use emotional intelligence to understand what motivates people to change jobs

• Providing career advice through proper understanding of your markets and clients

• Build excellent long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike

• Maintain a positive candidate experience using surveys to consistently track satisfaction

• Build a network of talent and clients in specific industry verticals.
