What is the job of a Recruitment Consultant?
When you join you will partner with one of several highly experienced recruitment leaders in a 3 month rotational scheme giving you access to elite deskside training and development from a mix of skillsets.
Your first 6 months will Transform you from ‘Trainee Recruitment Consultant’ to ‘Recruiter’ and help you to become a self-sufficient market expert!
You will learn:
Using a variety of methods to source talent (LI, Advertising, Events, Referrals etc)
Use emotional intelligence to understand what motivates people to change jobs
Providing career advice through proper understanding of your markets and clients
Build excellent long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike
Maintain a positive candidate experience using surveys to consistently track satisfaction
Build a network of talent and clients in specific industry verticals.
