Our client who was founded in 2019 and specialises in placing senior level candidates within the CleanTech, Sustainability & Energy space, is looking to add more people to their London team. This is a 360 role which includes researching, business development, account management, consultancy, and candidate delivery.
Despite the challenges of 2020, over the last 18 months the organisation celebrated multiple promotions, as well as managing to open up two new offices in the US. The growth plans with this business are ambitious and they are looking for career driven and money motivated individuals to join them.
Trainee Consultant - CleanTech, Sustainability & Energy role:
Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
Business development and building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings, networking and events.
Arranging events and meets ups within the market.
Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
Finding the best talent in your market by networking and headhunting.
Creating job adverts.
Liaising with both clients and candidates, and providing excellent customer service.
Trainee Consultant - CleanTech, Sustainability & Energy package:
Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (very high earning potential in this space - it's a niche and high paying market!)
