Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Company:
Recruitment consultancy is a rapidly growing industry looking for the next financially motivated, driven, and competitive individuals to take on a fast-paced, challenging career. We are searching for a resilient and hardworking individual to become the next top biller!
Our client is a growing leader within the recruitment industry and have had large
growing plans since they were founded in 2019. With backing from some of the
market leaders, this start-up works with some of the best Tech and Trading Talent
placing them in the highest-level roles.
£25,000 basic + uncapped commission
First promotion expected in just 6 months, second promotion expected by 12 months (£30k basic)
Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £45,000
Year 2 OTE: £45,000 - £70,000
Year 3 OTE: £70,000 - £95,000
Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through headhunting, cold-calling, writing detailed adverts, in-mailing and contacting via LinkedIn.
Networking in your market to become an expert within your field t accurately headhunt and find appropriate candidates and highest-level talent.
Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and being able to consultant on the best results for all parties when placing a candidate within a role
Offering the best opportunities for candidates and managing the process throughout until offer stage and beyond
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Ideal candidate:
2:1 or above Top 50 university candidate
Strong work ethic, e.g., working difficult jobs / long hours and showing loyalty and commitment to jobs.
Social, personable individuals who have strong communication skills and can join a friendly, fun, and ambitious team.
Individuals who stand out from the crowd: e.g., playing competitive sport or have unique hobbies and passions.
Ideally B2B sales experience or commercial/office experience or proven experience in phone / sales.
Lives in London already / can easily commute (ASAP start!)
