The business currently stands at 25 people and purely specialises in placing Mid to C-Suite level professionals into Start-ups & Scale-ups predominantly across EMEA & the US. Their foundations and reputation are strong, and they are looking to double in size over the next 3 years with only the best consultants in the market.
Remuneration:
Salary: DOE - We are on average securing people a 20% increase on the basic salary currently.
Commission: Monthly structure with no threshold: £0 - £9,000 = 10%; £9,001 - £15,000 = 20%; £15,001+ = 30%. (average deal size £25,000 = £5,100 in commission).

Requirements:
Recruitment experience from any specialist sector (SaaS, Tech Sales, Marketing & Customer Success would be preferable but not essential)
Proactive, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
Track record of a strong work ethic and achieving results
