Recruitment is categorised as a sales role. You will be matching up opportunities between clients and candidate and striving to generating revenue by making successful placements.
How do you source clients? Sell your services as a recruiter (via phone/email/socials), network, build relationships, create a reputation and personal brand!
How do you source candidates? Writing and posting job ads, headhunting suitable individuals, getting referrals and networking in your sector.
How do you get a deal and make commission? Matchmaking a candidate and a client perfectly and
get paid a fee for the introduction!
