Training
You will join a 12-week academy, ran by the Head of Learning and Development. The first 4 weeks will be about learning the role of a Recruitment Consultant and will include classroom training as well as on- the-job. The next 8 weeks are when you will really get stuck into the job, getting on the phones, and experiencing the day-to-day of a recruiter. You will have weekly catch ups with your line manager and the Head of L&D during this training to track your progression and to ensure you are receiving as much support as you require.
