Recruitment Consultant Scheme – The Role:
Your recruitment career starts with an award winning 6-month intensive training programme, with both internal and external training in classroom and hands on. Teaching you all things recruitment – no skills required.
Training, Learning and Development is of upmost importance to us! This continues from trainee level up to the CEO and we want to create a collaborative environment for all levels!
Your role will include headhunting candidates, business development new clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships, booking interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, gaining feedback, negotiating sales and agreeing salaries.
Although we are target driven, we are NOT micromanaged or KPI focused, we want people to progress in their own time and we give you all the tools to become a successful recruiter.
Recruitment Consultant Scheme – Requirements:
Excelled in academic experience, graduated with a degree in 2:1 or above from a top 30 university OR have strong a-levels As or Bs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – be confident over the phone and in person with a vast range of different individuals.
Evidence of hard work: working alongside studies, commercial experience, ideally sales experience.
Driven, ambitious, motivated mindset, being able to take an entrepreneurial and determined approach when solving problems throughout the recruitment process.
