The Opportunity:

Exceptionally high performing team, average billings per head is £500k (including trainees), they have 7 consultants billing over £1million – who takes home over 1/3 rd of this every year!

Profile:
MUST have a high work ethic, this is not your typical 9-5 and you are working with C-suite individuals, you have to be incredibly hardworking, driven and ambitious.
Intelligence – whilst we don’t need a degree you are working with some of the top 1% of smartest candidates within Private Equity so must be able to show a high level of intelligence and must understand the sector.
Competitive – everyone here wants to be the top biller and this company gives you the opportunity to earn as much as £250k by year 3, you must have evidence of competitiveness (ideally through high performance within sports.
Strong Communication – this role is heavily consultative and involves building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, being articulate and being able to build rapport is a must.
