For graduates, trainees and second jobbers we advertise across four market leading job boards to source talent. In addition to this, we have Student Brand Ambassadors at some of the UK’s leading universities who promote our brand and services on campus, in societies, and refer talent to us.
We also offer a generous referral scheme to our network where they can earn between £300 - £1,000 for each person they refer to us. We make this a simple process to try and ensure that we are the go-to Rec2Rec for anyone who knows someone that is looking to make a move in recruitment.

Screening Process
When working with trainee candidates, we understand that their commercial experience may be limited, so we take a deep dive into their motivations, personality, and transferable skills. We also provide them with an honest and realistic insight into the role—explaining the day-to-day tasks, the career trajectory, and the challenges they can expect. Our goal is to ensure the interview process is not only informative and challenging but also an enjoyable experience for them.
Our in-depth screening process begins with a detailed review of each candidate’s CV, followed by a 30-minute telephone interview. Candidates who progress are invited to attend a face-to-face interview, either in person or virtually via Hinterview. Every candidate we introduce to our clients completes this rigorous process. Each shortlisted candidate is thoroughly assessed and presented to our clients with a detailed write-up, offering a clear view of their suitability and potential.

We take great pride in delivering excellent candidates to our clients and want to ensure that the time you spend interviewing is worthwhile.
