Meet The Team
Imogen is a Psychology Graduate and moved into the recruitment space nearly 5 years ago after seeing some family members succeed within the recruitment space and being encouraged to move into this role. She has spent the majority of her career working in the white-collar construction sector and now working within the Rec2Rec space helping to setup 27 Talent’s US division. Outside of work Imogen enjoys keeping fit through running, spin classes and Pilates! As well as finding new food and drink spots with friends.

Why I joined 27 Talent
I was really impressed with the culture that 27 Talent have built and felt a lot of the core values align with my own. Their transparency from the get-go was a massive green flag for me and it was evident they have built clear career paths and have clear visions. The idea of joining a startup and helping to set up their US division really excites me. As well as all the team being so nice and genuinely wanting everyone to succeed.
