Top talent can be hard to find. We invest our time and resources into a wide range of platforms to deliver results for our clients.

 

For graduates, trainees and second jobbers we invest in advertising across four market leading job boards to source talent. In addition to this, we have Student Brand Ambassadors at some of the UK’s leading universities who promote our brand and services on campus, in societies, and refer talent to us.

 

For experienced recruiters and salespeople we utilise LinkedIn, where as a team we are connected with over 20,000 relevant professionals. In addition to traditional methods of engaging with prospective candidates, we also use Hinterview (a video technology tool) to stand out from the crowd when introducing ourselves, and give candidates a tailored service.

 

We also offer a generous referral scheme to our network where they can earn between £300 - £1,000 for each person they refer to us. We make this a simple process to try and ensure that we are the go-to Rec2Rec for anyone who knows someone that is looking to make a move in recruitment.

Our Process

Our in-depth process includes a CV screening, followed by a 30 minute telephone interview. Those that progress through the telephone interview are invited to attend a face-to-face interview either in person or virtually via Hinterview. We ensure that every candidate we introduce to our clients goes through this process.

You can rest assured that all 27 Talent candidates have been put through their paces in our screening process and that we have fully qualified them before they ever meet with you. We take great pride in delivering excellent candidates to our clients and want to ensure that the time you spend interviewing is worthwhile.

Graduates, Trainees and Second Jobbers

As junior candidates often have limited commercial experience, we really dig deep to understand a candidate’s drivers, personality, and transferable skills. We also give them an honest insight into the day-to-day job, the career trajectory, and the challenges they can expect in the role. The interview process is designed to be an enjoyable, informative, and challenging experience for our junior candidates.
