We’re partnering with an award-winning global executive search firm that is expanding its Austin office. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing business at an early and influential stage of its US growth.
The firm operates across Automotive, Consumer Goods, and Technology, delivering retained and exclusive search mandates for high-calibre clients. They are open to strong market movers, with a preference for individuals who have 360 recruitment experience or are motivated to transition into a full-lifecycle search role.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to combine the backing of a global platform with the feel and autonomy of a boutique office. You’ll be joining a mature, data-driven environment that prioritises quality, ownership, and long-term value creation over KPIs.
Role Highlights
· Global firm with a boutique-style Austin presence- be part of building something from the ground up

· Predominantly retained search model (c.70% retained/exclusive)
· Average fees of $60k, with consultants completing at least one retainer per month
· Warm desk, enabling earnings from day one while building your own practice
