Associate Consultant – Executive Search

We’re partnering with an award-winning global executive search firm that is continuing to grow its Austin office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment or sales career who is looking to build a long-term path in executive search.
The firm works across Automotive, Consumer Goods, and Technology, and is open to candidates already operating in these sectors or those keen to move into them.
The Role
The business is looking to hire an Associate Consultant with approximately 1 year of recruitment or sales experience. Prior business development exposure is helpful but not essential. What matters most is motivation, curiosity, and a desire to develop into a full 360 consultant role over time.
This is a high-performing yet supportive environment, with a strong emphasis on training, quality delivery, and long-term progression rather than aggressive KPIs.
