The role consists of…

• Managing and growing an established Go To Market desk as a Senior Consultant
• Building and developing long term client relationships with scale ups and enterprise businesses
• Winning new business while expanding existing accounts
• Running end to end recruitment processes across GTM roles including sales marketing and revenue leadership
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across international offices
• Using market leading tools and delivery support to drive strong consistent billings
• Playing an active role in a collaborative social and high performing team environment

• You have 3 plus years of experience in recruitment ideally within Go To Market sales marketing or commercial roles
• You are confident running a full 360 desk and building long term client relationships
• You are motivated to build a scalable desk and deliver consistent billings
• You value learning feedback and continuous development
• You enjoy working collaboratively while maintaining ownership of your desk
• You are ambitious driven and looking for a business that will invest in your long term growth
