Second Year OTE, £75,000
Third Year OTE - £100,000+
Highest earners within the organisation are billing in excess of £1 million and taking home a third of this in commission!

The Role
You will be primarily placing candidates into a variety of roles within technology, digital and transformation roles, ranging from the top to bottom of the ladder. This firm is operating at all levels on a permanent, contract, interim and executive search basis. Responsibilities will include:
Generation of new business (forging relationships with potential clients).
Producing advertisements for new roles based on job specifications.
Reviewing CV’s of applicants and contacting potential candidates.
Interview candidates around their skillsets, competencies and compatibility.
Preparing candidates for interviews.
Maintaining high-level feedback with both candidate and client.
Managing and improving relationships with clients.
About you
Ideal candidates will meet most of, if not all the following criteria:
A 2:1 degree from a recognised University.
Self-starting individual with a healthy work ethic!
Competitive – potentially a history of sport or other extra curriculars at a high level.
Strong communication skills, including over the phone and face to face skills.
A highly social individual capable of building rapport.
Financially motivation! The commission in recruitment is REALLY GOOD!
