Our client is a specialist technology recruitment agency who have 50 employees and a turnover of £45m+. They recruit for organisations such as Monzo, Asos, BBC, Sky and SkyScanner as well as a large portfolio of exciting start-ups, and have relationships with some of the most innovative tech professionals across the UK and Europe. This company has a track record of progressing their staff and supporting their growth; they have an on-site, dedicated Learning & Development Manager who has been with the business for 4 years, and they have 6 consultants billing in excess of £700k per year.
For graduates and trainees, they offer a structured 6 month training scheme and give the opportunity to achieve up to 2 promotions and £45k OTE in year one of their careers. For experienced hires, they can offer the opportunity to progress recruiters’ careers to the next level and up their billings, and OTE.
Talent Acquisition Manager Role
Being ‘the face of the business’ and the direct contact for all potential employees
Sending out a clear message to the market about the company and the opportunities available
Delivering an excellent candidate experience from end-to-end
Supporting the company’s growth; hiring circa 25 graduates per year and 5 experienced recruiters
Working closely with the two co-founders and Head of L&D to attract and retain the top talent
Partnering and building strong relationships with Rec2Recs
Sourcing candidates via job boards and LinkedIn; conducting first stage phone interviews and second stage F2F interviews in the office, and preparing candidates for finals with the team
Coordinating diaries
Delivering feedback to candidates, internal stakeholders and Rec2Recs
Closing successful candidates
Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements
We are looking for someone who is driven and autonomous, and who wants to make a real impact by being an integral part of a company’s growth. The ideal candidate would;
Have 1-3 years experience in recruitment (internal, agency or Rec2Rec)
Be outgoing, positive, and driven
University educated (preferred but not essential)
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels from graduate to CEO.
