Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
Strong academics, a 2:1 or above from a top 20/research focused university
Evidence of strong work ethic: preferred work within sales, people facing roles, working alongside studies, working difficult jobs or long hours.
Natural competitive or sporty flair: competing in sports to a high level or training as a part of a competitive team.
Strong communication skills: able to speak confidently both over the phone and in person. Able to successfully build rapport, negotiate and communicate with a broad range of people.
