What the role entails:
Offering a holistic, human-focused approach to recruitment – we focus on quality over quantity when understanding clients and candidate’s needs.
Market Mapping / Market Intelligence – taking a detailed, research focused approach when it comes to understanding the market and being able to successfully identify and recruit the leading specialist talent.
Building lifelong relationships with clients and candidates by offering a world class service, we manage relationships do not process, you will meet clients regularly before completing deals.
Dealing with the top 1% IQ individuals within the hedge fund space, opportunity to make a name for yourself within some of the smartest individuals across the globe.
Who are we looking for?
Preferably graduated from a top 20 university with a 2:1 or above in a research focused background.
Evidence of hard work and drive, including working alongside education or having passions and hobbies which have involved time, organisation, and effort.
Must be structured and organized, able to work in an organised process from the initial research until completion of deal.
Need to be detailed and research focused, must have an attention to the little things and able to collect large amounts of data without getting overwhelmed.
Want to create trends, graphs, projects and collate data to produce to clients about the candidates they are searching for.
