Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25k base – increases to £28k after 6 months (Year 1 OTE = £45k)

What is recruitment?


  • Recruitment is a sales role that involves sourcing and placing candidates at your client’s opportunities.


  • Sourcing Candidates – through writing job adverts, headhunting, detailed searches and market mapping, LinkedIn and outreach.


  • Business Development – winning on new business by cold calling potential candidates offering your expertise and services as a recruiter.


  • Securing Interviews – booking in interviews between both candidate and client and receiving both sets of feedback to liaise with both parties.


  • Negotiation – negotiation of salaries, fees and terms with clients.


  • Quality Service – offering a world class, consultative service for candidates and clients and completing deals earning yourself commission.

Who are we looking for?

  • Ideally – strong a-levels (all As/Bs) or 2:1 or above from strong university


  • Ideally – B2B sales experience or 6 months+ rec experience (this can and will increase salary).


  • Ideally – German, French or Dutch speaker


  • Competitive, sporty and naturally confident individuals


  • Must have strong communication skills and be confident speaking over the phone and in person.


  • Must be charismatic, personable and fun!
