What is recruitment?
Recruitment is a sales role that involves sourcing and placing candidates at your client’s opportunities.
Sourcing Candidates – through writing job adverts, headhunting, detailed searches and market mapping, LinkedIn and outreach.
Business Development – winning on new business by cold calling potential candidates offering your expertise and services as a recruiter.
Securing Interviews – booking in interviews between both candidate and client and receiving both sets of feedback to liaise with both parties.
Negotiation – negotiation of salaries, fees and terms with clients.
Quality Service – offering a world class, consultative service for candidates and clients and completing deals earning yourself commission.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally – strong a-levels (all As/Bs) or 2:1 or above from strong university
Ideally – B2B sales experience or 6 months+ rec experience (this can and will increase salary).
Ideally – German, French or Dutch speaker
Competitive, sporty and naturally confident individuals
Must have strong communication skills and be confident speaking over the phone and in person.
Must be charismatic, personable and fun!
