Salary: £25k starting salary

The Opportunity:


  • £25k starting salary (goes up to £28k before end of 1 st year)

  • Year 1 OTE: £35k - £45k | Year 2 OTE: £55k - £75k | Year 3 OTE: £100k+

Who are we looking for:

  • Ideally 2:1 in a Tech, Science, Business, or any BSc field.


  • Ideally have commercial / sales experience


  • Must have evidence of hardworking tendencies, this job is far from your classic 9-5 you need to work long hours, deal with daily rejections and overcome challenges.


  • Ideally have competed in sport to a high level or have shown extracurricular / hobbies throughout studies / work experience.


  • Resilient, driven, competitive and ambitious.


  • Strong communication – you must build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates and be really confident over the phone and in person.


  • Social and good character, we have a really strong culture that we wish to maintain where everyone is collaborative, supportive and loves to socialise together.
