The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be supporting your clients in finding the perfect candidate and supporting your candidates in finding their dream role. Rapport building is key to being successful in the industry and you will be encouraged to be out of the office to meet people face-to-face and develop strong relationships.
You will be a salesperson, so there will be targets to hit and rewards to be earnt from this.
Some responsibilities include:
Creating job advertisements, headhunting and building a strong network to source suitable candidates
Screening potential candidates
Winning new business through cold calling
Taking briefs from clients on their ideal candidate
Preparing candidates for interviews
Receiving and relaying feedback to both candidates and clients
Negotiating salaries
When a placement is made, you will receive commission. The role is tough, resilience is essential, however it is worth it for the high financial reward!

Requirements:
A 2:1 or above in a degree awarded from a top 40 university
1 year+ commercial experience (B2B sales preferred)
