Founded in 2017, my client is a specialist technology recruitment firm with three brands covering Cyber Security, Salesforce, and Netsuite & ERP. In the last 6 years they have grown into a team of 50 across London, Dusseldorf, New York, and Scottsdale.
My client works in some of the youngest technology markets, giving the opportunity for their consultants to have a monopoly in these markets. You will be joining at an exciting time in their growth plans, as they look to increase headcount across their current locations and open more offices in mainland Europe and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
Reaching out to potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and advertising
Engaging with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities
Discovering and matching the needs/wants of the candidate and client to find the perfect match
Aligning the diaries of both parties to secure interviews
Retrieving and delivering feedback following interviews
Negotiating salaries
Ensuring the successful placement of candidates
This is a sales role, meaning you will be working towards targets and earning commission through
successful placements.

The ideal candidate:
1 year+ B2B sales experience (Business Development experience is a must)
2:1 or above university degree from a Top 40 university
Sporting background
Someone committed to the world of Recruitment, understanding the challenges of the role
Outgoing personality
Confidence on the phone / interacting face-to-face
