The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
Client Relationship Management – understanding their needs and wants, building long term relationships.
Market Mapping – gaining information on key competitors and where to find a potential new candidate in the future.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening – using job boards, social media, and databases to source candidates.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge – keeping up with market trends and regulatory changes.
Networking – expanding your professional network, attending events and conferences.
Requirements:
2:1 / 1
st class degree at a Top 30 University
Commercial experience – officed based (ideally B2B sales)
Extra-Curricular – sports, societies, hobbies
Strong commercial awareness
A self-starter
A strong desire to succeed in Recruitment
