What we’re looking for:


  • Achieving a 2:1 in a Tech, Science, Business, or related BSc field is preferred.

  • Possessing commercial or sales experience is desirable.

  • Evidence of a strong work ethic is a must. This role goes beyond the typical 9-5, requiring dedication to long hours, navigating daily challenges, and persevering through rejections.

  • Ideally, you've excelled in competitive sports or demonstrated extracurricular engagement throughout your studies or previous work experiences.

  • Resilience, determination, competitiveness, and ambition are key traits we're looking for.

  • Effective communication skills are vital. You'll need to establish and nurture solid relationships with clients and candidates, both over the phone and in person.

  • A sociable and positive personality is important. Our vibrant culture thrives on collaboration, support, and a shared enthusiasm for socialising.
