Our client is a Clapham based global recruitment company, established in 2000 are looking for motivated sales people to join the delivery recruitment team. Being a global leader, you will be flown across the globe to meet clients face-to-face and work with some of the biggest client names in the world.
The role:
A recruiter is the middle person between candidates and clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships and complete deals
On the client side, the sales team will win new business and complete business development. Your role will involve finding candidates to fill those vacancies
You must screen candidates and make sure they match your clients requirements
Secure and book interviews, preparing candidates for each conversation.
You will be closing candidates on opportunities, negotiating their package and salary and making sure they accept job offers.
Who are we looking for?
Anyone with 1-4 years sales experience within any market / sector (estate agency, insurance, car sales, recruitment experience, door-to-door sales etc)
A hard worker ready to use the transferable skills from sales into a fast-paced recruitment career.
Evidence of strong work ethic, resilience, articulate communication skills and a peoples person.
A high achiever, someone who has had evidence of a winning mindset, through sports, work, or education.
We are open to a range of backgrounds, sales experience is a necessity but the rest we are open to a plethora of profiles.
