As a dependable advisory partner, they extend their services to boards, executive teams, and HR departments across financial and professional services, technology, investor-backed enterprises, and the public sector, globally. Specialising in Financial Services, Professional Services, Legal, Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Finance, and IT.
The firm is focused on deep-rooted relationships; retained and exclusive work and being a ‘high- touch’ partner, spending a lot of time with their clients. They stand at around 20 – 30 heads and have offices in London, Dublin and the US.
The founders have been headhunting for around 30 years and are ex-industry professionals, so the opportunity to learn from very experienced individuals is huge.
The role
Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with Partners to carry out executive search assignments. This includes taking ownership of the research phase within the search process. Additionally, you will actively contribute to initiatives related to knowledge management and the preparation of materials for business development.
The ideal candidate
Graduated with a high 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top University and have a strong background in excelling across extracurricular pursuits
A high level of commercial experience or acumen through 18 months – 5 years of experience within an Executive Search/Researcher role
An analytical thinking process coupled with a naturally polished and well-rounde communication technique
Exceptional rapport-building skills
A strong drive to build a career in Research within Executive Search within a globally respected firm
