What would I be doing?
Recruitment is a sales position, where you will be responsible for connecting job seekers with suitable employment opportunities by assessing their skills, experience, and preferences. Facilitating the hiring process, you will ensure a mutually beneficial fit for both candidates and your clients. There will also be an opportunity to win new business for your company through Business Development.
The role would be utilising core skills obtained within your time as an estate agent, including the ability to sell, excellent communication, negotiation and management skills.
