Requirements
MUST - 2:1 or above from a Russell Group University / top 25 University. Previously attaining A-levels BBB or above
MUST - Evidence of hard work through part time work / work experience along side studies. A specific preference for any sales (B2B) experience, commercial work experience or office experience.
Or someone who has graduated a couple of years ago and has been working in an office setting but wishes to pursue a career change into Recruitment.

The job involves researching individuals to find the top talent for your clients opportunities. You will build up your relationships with both candidates and clients and fill your clients open vacancies with the best suiting candidate.
You will have to do business development and win on new business, the role requires strong communication ability.
