The client:
My client is looking for an individual with at least 2 years of sales experience* to join their Technology and Data team. They run a hybrid model of executive search and contingency style recruitment, so this is a great opportunity to develop a strong, wide skill set.
You will be placing the perfect candidates into Private Equity Houses as well as their Portfolio Companies. You will need to be a quick learner with the ability to understand your market.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
Sourcing new talent through headhunting and networking.
Building relationships with candidates to support their job search.
Developing a personal brand to establish yourself in the industry.
Providing market knowledge and insight to clients.
Sourcing clients through business development (cold outreach).
Managing the recruitment process – CV screening/ editing, aligning diaries for interviews, taking feedback.
Negotiating a reasonable salary for your candidate.
Supporting both parties in producing/signing contracts and preparing candidates for their start date.
