Joining forces with leading Hedge Funds and Prop Traders globally, you will be tasked with sourcing talent such as Portfolio Managers, Quant Researchers, and Traders.
Role Highlights:
Delivering a comprehensive, human-focused approach to recruitment – emphasising quality over quantity in understanding client and candidate needs.
Conducting Market Mapping / Market Intelligence with a meticulous, research-focused strategy to comprehend the market and successfully identify and recruit top-tier specialist talent.
Establishing enduring relationships with clients and candidates through the provision of world- class service; prioritizing relationship management over mere processes. Regular client meetings will be part of the deal completion process.
Engaging with the top 1% of IQ individuals within the hedge fund space, offering an opportunity to establish your reputation among some of the brightest minds globally.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Preferably a graduate from a top 20 university with a 2:1 or above, particularly in a research- focused background.
Demonstrated evidence of hard work and drive, with experience working alongside education or pursuing passions and hobbies that require time, organisation, and effort.
Structured and organised, showcasing the ability to work through a meticulous process from initial research to deal completion.
Detail-oriented and research-focused, with a knack for handling large amounts of data without feeling overwhelmed.
A passion for creating trends, graphs, projects, and compiling data to present to clients about the candidates they are seeking.
