Our client are an exciting start-up recruitment agency base in central London who are specialists in finding top corporate finance talent. As a small but growing team, they are dedicated to supporting each new member of the team with a fast-track scheme where they will be able to reach management and grow their own team faster than normal!
What is the role:
Recruitment is a fast-paced, sales focused role that involves finding the perfect opportunities for your candidates and placing top talent into your clients’ companies.
Speaking to candidates over the phone and in person, screening them through their experience and making sure they are relevant for the job vacancies available.
You will receive a training development plan where you will quickly learn the end-to-end recruitment process.
You will have to manage, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients. You must be very personable and be a confident communicator both in person and over the phone.
Ideal candidate:
Must have a 2:1 or above from a top university.
Previous sales, office or commercial experience is ideal.
Candidates must be driven, ambitious and committed.
Ability to work under pressure, be resilient and be a strong-minded character.
MUST understand what recruitment is and be prepared to enter a sales-based role (you will be fully trained, but this is not a career you can just “try”)
