Not only do they have 350 Sales and Trading positions to fill in 2024 from their founding company, but they now stand as their own business and supply the best Sales and Trading talent to financial services companies across the world.
Growth Plans and Earning Potential:
Now is the best time to join this start-up! They are just shy of 10 employees, and they are looking to double in size in the next 12 months. They offer a goal-oriented and high performing environment, where there is lots of room to progress and achieve high earnings. Their salary for trainees is £35,000 -£40,000 + their generous commission scheme which is paid monthly and scales £0-10,000 = 15%; £10,000-20,000 = 20%; £20,000 = 30%+.
Their Sales and Trading candidates’ salaries are between £50,000-120,000 + uncapped bonus. They also work at a high volume generating these fees, so predict you will be billing £500,000 by your 2nd-3rd year and earning well in excess of £150,000 per year.
Requirements:
This is a brilliant business for anyone who is ambitious, and career driven with a strong work ethic. The role is client facing with lots of travel (recently Sydney and Toronto for client meetings), and they need people who are natural relationship builders. You will need to fulfil at least two of the following criteria:
Hardworking and a genuine interest in a Sales career.
Competitive personality.
Outstanding networking ability and people skills.
A Levels (A* - B grades) and 2:1 degree or above from a Top 40 UK University
A track record of working hard (e.g., worked alongside studies, competed in sports teams, achieved strong academics)

Confident, strong communicator and personable
