The PRIVATE PRACTICE team specialises in finding the ideal roles for newly qualified solicitors through to senior associates at Magic & Silver Circle, City, West End, national, regional and US law firms. The IN-HOUSE LEGAL team has a strong reputation among FTSE listed companies, not for profit organisations and Financial Services for exclusive and retained assignments.
The role:
Sourcing top talent through headhunting, advert creating and networking.
Screening candidates via video and telephone calls.
Networking with candidates and clients.
Becoming an expert in your market so you can provide a top-tier service.
Preparing candidates for interviews.
Receiving and delivering feedback.
This is a sales role, meaning you will be making placements and earning commission so financial drive is a must! You will gain exposure to candidates and clients from day 1, and benefit from great training both internally and with external trainers.
