The role:
Proactively sourcing candidates for clients, including headhunting, LinkedIn, recommendations and through phone calls.
Driving towards your own sales and targets! Driving towards monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals, opportunities to have multiple promotions within your first year.
Working towards developing new business with new and existing clients.
Offering the best opportunities for candidates and managing the process throughout until offer stage and beyond.

Incredible communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport and maintain important relationships with both candidates and clients

Extras:
Good academic qualifications, including a degree preferred 2:1 or above from a recognised university
Second or multiple languages
Business to business sales experience
