My client is a leading Technology Recruitment firm, experts in placing high level tech professionals. This role involves significant research, market analysis and identifying leading figures and talent within the technology sector, handling both candidates and clients.
Since their inception in 2010, they’ve grown to circa 50 heads with plans to keep expanding! Their growth is organic, meaning they focus on employing motivated graduates and investing into them for a long-term future with the company. They’ve had great success so far with a median tenure of 3.8 years, the highest amongst their competitors!
Earning Potential: £30k base salary + Uncapped Commission. OTE £40-50k in Y1,
rising to over 6 figures in Y3! With incredibly high fee sizes, someone in their 2nd
year earnt 70k in commission from just one placement!
Training: During training, you'll get a mix of classroom learning and practical one-on-one mentoring. This means you'll be learning from experienced professionals who've closed million-pound deals and have years of experience in the field.
Progression: Clear progression path, where you could be leading a team in just 1-2 years.

The Skills:
The ideal candidate:
2:1 or above university degree from a Top 20 university essential (business related degree)
Work experience throughout university (hospitality, retail, supermarket etc)
Sporting background
Someone committed to the world of Recruitment, understanding the challenges of the role
Outgoing personality
Confidence on the phone / interacting face-to-face
