The Role:
Sourcing new clients through cold calling
Selling your services and building new relationships
Taking briefs from clients and meeting them face-to-face
Sourcing the ideal candidate through advertising, headhunting, networking events and referrals
Learning your candidates needs and finding them the right job match
Organising diaries and confirming interviews
Receiving and delivering interview feedback from both parties
Negotiating salaries and delivering offers
The Ideal Candidate:
2:1/1 st class degree at a top 40 University
B2B sales experience, ideally with cold calling experience
Extra curricular activities – sports, societies, hobbies
Financial drive
Resilience
Confidence on the phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Motivation to work longer hours to see reward
