My client is a private equity-backed, boutique search firm, specializing in high-growth energy transition markets across the US. Originally founded in the UK, we have grown selectively to maintain a high standard of excellence. With a focus on collaboration and specialization, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry. Their firm embodies ambition, innovation, and a commitment to long-term growth.

Current Opportunities:


We are looking for driven professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience, from Senior Associate to SVP level, they are open to the below experience:


  1. Financial Services / Private Equity: Experience in sustainable finance, mid to senior-level placements, and a strong understanding of the sector.

  2. Development & Commercial Real Assets: Background in renewables with experience placing mid to senior-level positions.

  3. Engineering & Technical: Experience in software engineering or technical engineering, particularly in renewable energy.

  • Proven billing history.

  • Ability to engage with and impress their client base.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to help build a start-up environment.
