Working exclusively on retained mandates, the firm partners with FTSE 100 corporates, private equity firms, and infrastructure funds. They also have a strategic partnership with SNR Partners, one of France’s leading interim management firms, where Associates rotate every two months between executive search and interim assignments.
The role
As an Associate, you’ll work closely with experienced consultants to support retained search and interim mandates. Responsibilities include candidate research, mapping and engagement, progress reporting, and supporting the delivery of high-level projects. You’ll also be encouraged to take on increasing ownership over time – including client exposure, project management, and eventually business development.
Who They’re Looking For
Native French speaker, fluent in English
2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a respected university
Highly organised, confident communicator, and naturally curious
Comfortable working with senior professionals across different regions
Proactive, team-oriented, and interested in long-term career growth
A genuine interest in sectors like energy, infrastructure, or sustainability
