The role
Join an extremely warm and fast paced desk, working into a Senior who has 30 temps out and on track to bill £1M+ this year
Actively source and qualify candidates, managing the process end to end including client's needs and expectations
Maintain strong relationships in the market and keep up to date with industry news
Work to improve recruitment efficiency

Your profile
We are looking for hard-working, competitive and social individuals who are both career and financially driven. The ideal candidate will have:
2-4 years prior public sector recruitment experience
2:1 degree or above from a Top 40 UK University
A track record of working hard (e.g. worked alongside studies, competed in sports teams, achieved strong academics, high level extra-curricular, ran your own business etc.)
Highly results driven
Confident, strong communicator and personable
